CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
All withdrawals must be made in writing. The date of receipt of your declaration by us is decisive.
Cancellations / rebookings of individual reservations (up to 5 persons) are possible free of charge up to eight days before arrival, unless this is stated separately in the reservation conditions (non-flex rate).
Thereafter, depending on the service booked, the hotel will charge the following cancellation fees: 80% of the accommodation price and 80% of other services booked. It is not possible to issue a voucher or to offset these charges.
Alternatively, we offer a voucher option. This involves payment of 100% of the accommodation price and 100% of the other services booked. A voucher valid for 3 years will be issued for the full amount, which can be used for a future stay.
In the event of premature departure, no-show without cancellation, or cancellation on the day of arrival, the full booking amount must be paid. It is not possible to issue a voucher or to offset the amount.
