The nearest train station “Bingen Stadt” is only a 10-minute walk away. Bingen main station is 3 kilometers away.
Our guests have 3 e-charging stations with type 2 plugs at their disposal.
In our hotel store, not only “normal” bicycles, but also My Esel e-bikes can be rented by the hour or for day trips.
You can move into your bunk or suite from 15:00. You are also welcome to arrive earlier and leave your luggage with us.
Our guests have 2 e-charging stations with type 2 plugs at their disposal. The costs for this are € 15.00 flat rate or € 5.00 per hour.
In our hotel store or at the reception you can not only rent “normal” bikes (at € 8.00 per day & bike), but also My Esel e-bikes by the hour or for day tours:

You can store your bike safely and protected from the weather in our bike garage. There is also a power supply for your e-bikes.
Our fitness room on deck 1 is open daily from 8:00-20:00 and is equipped with the latest Technogym® equipment.
Alternatively, you can swim laps in our 15 x 4 meter pool in the harbour spa or jog for miles along the banks of the Rhine towards Koblenz.
Every day from 7:00 to 11:00 we serve our rich breakfast in the Bootshaus Restaurant. The most relaxed breakfast is between 7:00 & 9:00 am. From 9:00 a.m. it can get a little busier.
*For our suite guests, we offer breakfast exclusively on the LIDO Deck from 8:00 a.m. on weekends.
*Please note that there may be deviations depending on occupancy.
The BOOTSHAUS is open for lunch from Tuesday to Sunday from 12:30 to 13:30 (á la carte). The boathouse is open in the evening from Tuesday to Saturday. Here we serve a 3-course menu of your choice. You can make a reservation at two seating times. In the first seating we ask you to be in the restaurant from 17:30 and in the second seating please be there at 20:00, thank you! Our tip: You should definitely reserve your table for dinner in advance. At lunchtime you are welcome to drop in without a reservation. On bridges and public holidays, we also recommend reserving a table for lunch in advance.
The LIDO Restaurant is open Thursday to Monday from 14:00 to 22:00. Look forward to a delicious selection of Italian classics. Antipasti, delicious pasta dishes, pizza from the stone oven and creamy tiramisu - Italian vibes at PAPA RHEIN. Here, too, you can make a reservation for two seating times. In the first seating we ask you to be in the restaurant at 17:30 and in the second seating please be there at 20:00, thank you!
The BOOTSHAUS Bar is open Thursday to Monday from 17:00. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays our LIDO Bar is open for you from 12:00 to 24:00.

The wellness area in the Hafen Spa is open daily from 8:00 to 22:00. The saunas are hot from 10:00 am. Our outdoor pool on the Lido Deck is open from April to September. The fitness studio on deck 1 is open daily from 8:00 to 22:00.
Cosmetic and massage treatments can be booked daily from 10:00 to 18:00, subject to availability.
From bowls and cuddly dog cushions to a dog walking bag for long walks along the banks of the Rhine, everything is included!
A stay at PAPA RHEIN costs an additional EUR 29 per night for dogs (excluding food).
Exceptions are, of course, certified assistance dogs that accompany you if you have a disability. Then there is no charge.
In any case, we ask you to let us know before booking that you would like to travel with your dog!
- All quiet kids up to the age of 14 can stay in the sauna area daily until 12 noon - accompanied by their parents.
You are welcome to use the indoor pool under supervision. Please note the pool times - from 16:30 for adults only!
Baby cribs are always free of charge!
We always charge EUR 39 per person for extra beds (or extra beds) (incl. breakfast per child up to and including 13 years).
The following applies to children's breakfasts: up to 3 years free of charge, from 4 to 13 years 9 EUR, from 14 years full price. - Our tip: The Little Explorer apartments for families have a separate children's room with a bunk bed. The overnight stay in the bunk bed is already included in the room price
As a hotel guest, you can of course park free of charge in our parking lots!
The first access is via the small parking lot directly at the hotel.
This entry ticket can be activated at the hotel reception for the duration of your stay and you can then also use the large parking lot towards the ferry (P2).
It is not possible to enter the P2 parking lot without a ticket!
RELAX & COLLECT LOYALTY POINTS!
For your stay at the PAPA RHEIN - Hotel & Spa you automatically collect loyalty points, which we credit to your personal points account!
After your departure, we will always send you an email with your current points balance. You can redeem the points during your next stay at PAPA RHEIN!
After your visit to the PAPA RHEIN - Hotel & Spa, we will send you an email and ask you to let us know how you liked it. Our quality fairy Daniela makes sure that all PAPA RHEIN friends go home delighted. And if that's not the case, Daniela will take care of it! She takes care of your concerns and of course also ensures that processes that didn't work well are improved immediately.

If you had a relaxing stay at the PAPA RHEIN - Hotel & Spa, we would be delighted if you would recommend us! Your friends will receive a voucher worth EUR 25 for their first visit!
And as a thank you, we will also send you a voucher worth 25 EUR!
For € 10.00 per booked room and night, you cover all cancellation costs in the event of accident, illness or other serious personal reasons of the persons making the reservation, their children, siblings, parents or grandparents.
The travel insurance does not apply to group bookings of 6 or more people.
Cancellations / rebookings of individual reservations (up to 5 persons) are possible free of charge up to eight days before arrival, unless this is stated separately in the reservation conditions (non-flex rate).
Thereafter, depending on the service booked, the hotel will charge the following cancellation fees: 80% of the accommodation price and 80% of other services booked. It is not possible to issue a voucher or to offset these charges.
Alternatively, we offer a voucher option. This involves payment of 100% of the accommodation price and 100% of the other services booked. A voucher valid for 3 years will be issued for the full amount, which can be used for a future stay.
In the event of premature departure, no-show without cancellation, or cancellation on the day of arrival, the full booking amount must be paid. It is not possible to issue a voucher or to offset the amount.
Instead of a minibar in your room, you will find a Trustbar on the Lido Deck (4). Simply open the door with your room card. Take whatever you feel like - then write it down on the lid together with your name and room number.
Minibars and coffee machines are available in our suites!
We always have a selection of vegetarian dishes ready for you. If you have a vegan diet, please let us know before you arrive. You can also ask our service team at any time.
In addition to vegetarian dishes, you will always find a corner with vegan options on our breakfast buffet.
